Instead of matching and staring at an empty chat box, you play. You send round one to anyone in your deck, you both answer the same question, and after four rounds the chat unlocks. By then you know something real about each other.

No. That is the point. You can open round one with anyone in your deck before either of you has liked the other.

Each round stays open for 48 hours. If neither of you answers, the game expires and the chat does not open. Start a new one.

Your main photo has to contain a clearly visible face - that check runs on your phone. Group shots, sunglasses, heavy filters and photos taken from far away often fail. Other photos on your profile have no such requirement.

Settings, then Verification. Take the posed selfie it asks for. Our server compares it with your profile photos and the badge appears once it matches. If it fails, check your lighting and that your profile photos actually show your face.

Edit profile, then use the star on the photo you want as your main. Promoting a photo re-runs the face check.

Free accounts get 100 likes a day. The app tells you when they come back. Gold removes the limit.

You have seen everyone who fits your filters. Widen your age range or distance in Settings, or come back later as new people join. We never pad the deck with fake profiles.

They unmatched, blocked, or deleted their account. We do not tell you which, and we do the same for you.

Unlimited likes, search across your whole country, seeing everyone who liked you, five games and five Super DMs a day, undo, choosing your own questions, and a visibility boost.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled with Apple: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Ruumble > Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Gold stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it.

Sign in with the same method you signed up with - phone number or Apple. If the SMS code does not arrive, check your signal and that the number is right, then request a new code. Still stuck: email us.

Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete account. It is permanent: profile, photos, matches and messages are removed and cannot be restored. Cancel any Gold subscription with Apple separately, since deleting the account does not cancel billing.
